Hi, my name is Nic.

I'm a Senior Designer born in Johannesburg, South Africa, where spent my school career at St David's Marist Inanda. From there I went on to receive my Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Greenside Design Center, which is affiliated with Nottingham Trent University in the UK.

Throughout my 10 years of experience in the advertising industry, I've had the privilege to collaborate with renowned brands such as Verizon, IKEA, Xbox, Microsoft, PlayStation, LG, Philips and Dimension Data, among others. I have a great eye for detail, I work fast, and stick to deadlines. I pride myself on my adaptability and talent for quick learning. Teamwork and collaboration are integral to my creative process, as such, I am super easy going and get along with almost anyone.

My main skill set encompasses ideation and creation of large social media campaigns and UX/UI design for websites. Additionally, I've undertaken a course in website design and development from Vega, affording me an understanding of the inner workings of web pages. I am comfortable managing a small team, having successfully overseen small teams in the past.

In my spare time, I'm a music blogger and I curate monthly mixtapes on Spotify. I'm an avid enthusiast of tech, gaming, photography, and virtual photography (video game photography). I love to be outdoors and travelling, but I'm also very fond of spending time on the couch watching TV shows and movies. I have a passion for the diverse and fascinating cinematography techniques employed in the world of film, with a particular love for Sci-Fi films and what they have to say about society.
